Turn.io in partnership with WhatsApp and The Agency Fund is thrilled to announce the launch of the highly anticipated third edition of the Chat for Impact Accelerator programme. Dedicated to empowering health organisations worldwide in harnessing the power of digital messaging for improved health outcomes, this programme offers invaluable guidance and resources.
The 6-week virtual programme, set to launch in August, offers coaching and support to health organisations seeking to build and scale their WhatsApp chat service. As part of the programme, ten selected organisations will receive USD 25,000 to launch and scale a live chat service on the WhatsApp Business Platform, enabling them to connect and engage with their target audience more effectively.
Participants in the Chat for Impact Accelerator programme will benefit from mentorship provided by WhatsApp, Agency Fund, Turn.io and experts in behaviour change, conversational design, and AI technology who will share their insights and experiences in building successful chat services to deliver impactful health outcomes. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from world-class organisations that have already made significant strides in leveraging digital messaging to create positive change and join a community of like-minded peers dedicated to utilising chat platforms to enhance people's health and well-being.

The Chat for Impact Accelerator programme is seeking applications from organisations with a well-defined theory of change, utilising digital messaging to achieve health outcomes through secure and private chat services. The ideal applicants should demonstrate a strong commitment to building and expanding an impactful chat service on WhatsApp, along with the necessary team and time to do so.
Previous recipients of the Chat for Impact Accelerator programme have included organisations that have successfully utilised WhatsApp to coach individuals with diabetes, provide affordable and accessible healthcare services, and offer free mental health support and coaching.
