Our vision is for everyone to have access to vital services and information to improve their lives.
To achieve that, we’ve created a chat platform and impact network that enables organisations to scale access to trusted information, empathic support and vital services.

We do purposeful work, with autonomy and mastery.
We are a distributed team, working remotely in an asynchronous manner. In simple words it means we live in different countries and work in different timezones. We get to work alongside very smart, humble and self-motivated people.
Early on, we wrote down the essence of who we are and want to be as a team. Our values are tied directly to our vision to scale empathy.

Act for the well-being of others. Do what drives human connection.
Do what is scalable
Think big; but start simple. Create in a way that can be amplified, built on, shared, repeated, reused so that others can be catapulted into success. Prioritise action over perfection.

We believe human-to-human interactions are irreplaceable and vital, and that strong connections are built face-to-face so, although we are remote, we highly value in-person time.
