Role Overview
Our team is growing and we’re looking for a People Operations & HR Legal professional to support our growing, globally distributed team. We aspire to be a lean and high performant team, both in headcount and processes. We value human connection and love to have fun whilst working hard to improve other people’s lives.
In this role, you will work closely with the Head of People&Culture, taking ownership of all people-related matters across the company from hiring, onboarding, employee support, to performance reviews, learning and development, and labour relations.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and building simple, effective processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage global hiring, onboarding, and employee support.
- Set up and maintain performance management processes (360 feedback, reviews, development plans).
- Support managers and employees with performance discussions and documentation.
- Advise the team on matters such as leave, compensation, benefits, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Draft and review contracts (employment and freelancing).
- Provide input into payroll and company benefits.
- Maintain HR policies, records, and ensure compliance across countries.
- Collaborate with external legal and HR partners as needed.
- Continuously streamline and improve HR processes.
What We're Looking For
We care. And we’re looking for someone who truly cares—someone who values human connection, follows through on commitments, and approaches challenges with a growth mindset. You prioritize strong relationships and communicate clearly with empathy.
At the same time, you’re action-oriented and adaptable. You think big but start simple, you make decisions based on data, and focus on solutions that scale. Most importantly, you’re always looking for small ways to improve and simplify things.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- 5+ years of work experience in people operations or related fields.

- Strong HR functional expertise; with a deep understanding of employment law, immigration, benefits, and policy management to build HR processes that align with legal requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgment.
- Global and/or remote team experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Committed to efficiency—constantly identifying ways to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and implement tools that improve workflows.
- Motivated by purpose-driven work.
