WhatsApp Business API conversations fall into two categories that will be priced differently:
From the 1st of February 2022, all conversations are measured in 24-hour increments, or "sessions", that start whenever the first message from a business is delivered. The first message can be initiated by the business (business-initiated) or can be a business reply within 24 hours of a user message (user-initiated). A user is defined as the person or entity with whom the business is messaging.
Charges for conversations are based on the user’s phone number. Rates for business-initiated conversations and user-initiated conversations vary by market (country or region). See Rates for specific pricing information.

License Fees are subject to destination VAT. VAT is excluded from the listed license fee and will be charged on top of the listed license fee at point of purchase.
VAT is implemented as a destination-based tax, where the tax rate is based on the location of the consumer and applied to the sales price.
The terms VAT, GST, and the more general consumption tax are sometimes used interchangeably.
For the Pro plan you can pay with credit card or wire transfer and for Enterprise plans we only accept wire transfer.
